Obscene Phone Calls

 

Obscene phone calls are best dealt with by the following:

1.         Not speaking and hanging up immediately.

2.         Notifying The Crescent Security Control Center at 214-880-4550 or 214-871-5252.

3.         Completing an obscene phone call report.  Reference “Obscene Call Checklist” form at the end of the
            handbook.

The individual may attempt to call again.  If so, hang up the phone each time.  Failing to respond to the caller will diminish any incentive to call again.
