Work Order Requests (Customer Services)

 

Crescent Property Services LLC has implemented a work request and preventative maintenance software across its national portfolio. Angus, the new application, is part of The Crescent’s continuing commitment to excellent customer service. Orders placed online facilitate quick and efficient service.

The Crescent offers its customers the ability to enter and track their own work requests via www.thecrescent.com on the Customer Services page. Each customer is given a unique user name and password, which allows them to issue a request and track its progress through to completion. Access is provided to the customer’s work request history through the Angus system.
