Keys and Locks

 

All keys are issued to customers at move-in.  Customers shall be provided two keys to each lockset. Additional keys will be issued to customers at a service charge. Only authorized personnel will be able to obtain additional keys.

Additional keys may be requested by logging into our electronic work order system, Customer Services, above. Contact the management office for your unique login information. Problems with malfunctioning keys or locks should also be reported.

To protect customers and their property, it is extremely important that The Crescent Management office be advised of any change in personnel. Terminated employee keys must be turned in to management, and additional keys will be provided to all new personnel upon request.

All lock or keyway work done in The Crescent must be done by Crescent authorized personnel. Outside locksmith vendors are not permitted to do work on the premises.
